May 26, 2013

Hello,
... I am tired struggling a little bit with this area. The work isn't bad and the Branch is awesome, I love the members and we have a  lot of progressing investigators. It is the schedule that is getting me. We prepare and leave first thing in the morning and then get home at 6 or 7. We then have to do studies and it is definitely better to study in the morning when your not tired hungry or sweating. But sometimes we will work with the other Elders or visit people that are close to our house. Later tonight we will go to a FHE in Old Escalante so that should be fun. But, I am pretty stoked because on Saturday I had my first baptism in the ocean!!! It was a big deal to me. The lady we baptized is Nanay Florencia and she is way rad. She has absolutely no money but she is so funny and so loving. She always smiles too even though she has no teeth which is rad. She has had so many insane struggles in her life and has such strong faith. But the plan of salvation is what really caught her attention. We are so blessed to have the knowledge and the ability to be with our families forever and to have temples all over the world to make that possible. I just put some pictures of Buena Vista in dropbox so check them out. ...I am so grateful for all the letters that you all have been sending me, they make me feel so good to know how much you all care even though I don't always have the time to write you back. ... Well, I am loving the Lords work and my area right now even though I struggle every day. I know that I am recieving the blessings of missionary work and I know that the Lord is watching out for you too and he is there to help you through your trials. Lets all tell our parents how much we love them this week. I love you Mom and Dad. Your the best. cge moadto mi sa marcado ron para makakoan mi yun lindot na pagkoan bisan waay gayud ko kwarta. MAHAL KITA!! I love you all so much and cant wait to hear from you next week. Peace Out from the Pinas
